I have simple 5 rules for happiness.

Rule 1. If I like something, I simply enjoy it. I don’t care what others think of me.

Rule 2. If I don’t like, I simply avoid it. It doesn’t matter to me what others think of me.

Rule 3. If I don’t like, if I can’t avoid I will simply change it.

Rule 4. If I don’t like something, if I can’t avoid it or cannot change it, I simply will accept.

Rule 5. There is nothing good or bad and right or wrong only thinking makes so. It is just our viewpoint. If we change our view point our percepective changes. Just by changing our thinking we can change our life.

This is just a simple principle. But helped me a lot in my life. Try this. It might help you too.
